Delivery Information

Penny Skateboards Singapore prides itself on providing a fast, efficient service and therefore guarantee that; where possible we will dispatch all orders within three working days on week days. “Week Days” means a day which is neither (i) a Saturday or Sunday, nor (ii) a public holiday anywhere in Singapore. For customers in Malaysia please allow up to two weeks and your item (s) as they will need to be dispatched from Singapore and sent by registered post.

All orders dispatched will receive an Order Confirmation number during working hours and estimated delivery window by email to the address you have specified at our checkout. There is no charge for having a delivery if the purchases add up to or over $100. For items under $100 we charge up to $15.

Missed Deliveries

If for any reason you are not in to receive your order at the time the delivery confirmed by our Order Confirmation you can arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time with our courier.If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-dispatch the item or for you to cancel the order. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.

Cash purchase

In Singapore, you and purchase directly from us. For this option, we accept cash or Nets only.  We are located at, 48 Toh Guan Road East, 09-123 Enterprise Hub, Singapore 608586. We are open daily from 9-5 pm Monday- Friday and from 9-1 pm  Saturdays only. Parking is available outside our warehouse.
